Our Process

1. Consultation

We start by understanding your requirements, ideas and goals. Whether you have basic components or full technical drawings, your dedicated project manager will guide you every step of the way.

2. Concept and Design

We turn your input into initial design drafts. Together with engineering, we develop a production-ready concept. You will receive a final CAD model (STEP file) for approval.

3. Material Selection

From an extensive range of technical sheet materials, we choose the ideal option for your project, right down to color, thickness and surface finish. Acrylic glass, foil-coated, or EMC-shielded, whatever fits best.

4. Manufacturing

Following precision CNC cutting, we perform thermal forming on state-of-the-art bending tables. Logos, product names or design accents can be seamlessly integrated. Components are chemically bonded, built-ins are added and your housing is finalized.

5. Prototype and Approval

You review and approve the prototype after any fine-tuning. Then we move into pre-series production or straight to full production, based on your needs.
